Open Intelligence Fabric
A proposed interface-first approach to intelligence infrastructure: describe what a capability can do, how it is accessed and what evidence is available.
Discover
Find a capability suited to a question.
Describe
Understand interfaces, constraints and licensing.
Execute
Request execution through a future authorized service.
Evaluate
Review evidence and limitations, not just an output.
Conceptual architecture · Not an operational network
Capabilities, not only models
A capability can represent document analysis, language assistance or data transformation. Its declared interface and constraints matter as much as the underlying implementation.
Evidence and contribution
Declared provenance is not verification. Future execution and contribution would require approved identity, authorization, licensing and evidence contracts.
A conceptual flow
Discovery, interface description, execution and evidence review are architectural concepts. This portal does not run a distributed compute network.
